What happens now?
As soon as possible after you've placed your order, our laser guru will carefully review the information and contact you, if necessary, to clear up any questions about your order. Assuming there are no questions, he will get your order ready for the laser, and send a "proof" to your email. It is crucial to carefully examine the proof as this is your final opportunity to request any modifications before production. We will not process your order until you have accepted the proof. Once the item is engraved, it becomes your property, and we cannot issue any refunds unless it is clear that what you receive varies in some way from that proof because of an error on our end. If we are unable to get in touch with you within 30 days of our first attempted email, we will have to cancel the order, and will not be able to issue a refund, so it is very important that you provide valid contact information!
